Red Lobster has wonderful food, but let's be honest with each other. If they didn't have those Cheddar Bay biscuits, would you love that place near as much? Not this girl. Now that I have tried and approved this recipe, you can make them at home, and they are very quick and easy!
You will need:
1.5 cups Bisquick
1.5 cups shredded cheddar
1/2 cup milk
3 tbs butter, melted
1/2 tbs oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the Bisquick, cheese, and milk together in a medium bowl until a dough is formed. Place onto a greased cookie sheet in medium sized balls. They will expand! Cook for 12 minutes.
While they are cooking, mix the melted butter, oregano, and garlic salt in a small bowl. Once the twelve minutes is up, pull the biscuits from the oven and brush the tops with the butter mixture. Return to oven and bake for 8-10 more minutes or until golden on the tops. Enjoy! They are delicious!
