A friend of mine {and many} lives in Missouri. In Joplin.
She's okay. Her husband is okay. Her babies are okay.
Her town is not.
And so many of us are heartbroken watching the news, hearing stories, seeing photos of the destruction from the deadly tornado. And we want to do something. To reach out, across miles, and help.
One of Sarah's communities is doing something. Putting wheels in motion. Creating Help 4 Joplin.
This coming Wednesday through Friday Bigger Picture Blogs will be hosting an online auction, in which the items have been donated by several businesses {mine included... }, and all of the proceeds of the auction will go to The Salvation Army and specifically for relief efforts in Joplin.
And we're asking for your help to spread the word. Grab a button, write a blog post, tweet or post on Facebook. Say a prayer, send up some positive vibes, do a dance :) Any little bit can help.
