Pork chops can be tricky to cook. You don't want them too dry, but their color can leave people thinking they are undercooked at times. I have the solution in a recipe that will leave those people begging for seconds.
You will need:
Boneless, thin cut pork chops (6-8 or more if needed)
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
Place your chops in the bottom of your slow cooker and sprinkle the ranch packet over the top. Pour the can of soup over this, cook on low for 8 hours.
You will absolutely love the tangy taste of these, and the slow cooker leaves them moist yet cooked through. You won't even need a knife because of the tenderness of the meat.
