Ready for a simple and mouth watering crock pot recipe? Well I was, so I made this and had my husband dipping his dinner roll in the sauce left over in the slow cooker!
You will need:
Frozen chicken breast tenders (enough to feed your crowd)
1 piece of bacon for each tender
*If feeding more than two or three people, double the following ingredients*
1 can cream of mushroom soup with garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
1/6 cup flour
Cook the bacon lightly in a skillet. You will just want to cook it until it begins to brown, but make sure not to overcook, as it needs to be flexible!
Wrap each tender with a piece of bacon and place in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Mix the flour, sour cream, and soup together with just a splash of water to thin slightly. Pour over chicken, and cook on low for seven to eight hours.
When serving, plate chicken and the spoon sauce over it. You may want to serve with some sort of bread to keep people from licking the sauce off of the plate!
