Simple Stunning Centerpiece

This may be one of the easiest and quickest projects that you can do at home. A friend of mine recently bragged that she "scored" her holiday centerpiece on sale for twenty five dollars. I nearly fell out! Centerpieces made from leftover decorations and Christmas extras can be virtually free and darling at the same time. Most of us have an extra set of ornaments that we chose not to put on the our tree this year for some reason or another, and if not, the dollar store offers sets for a couple a bucks.

You may want a certain color or style, but the point is not to overpay. You can also use other pieces, such as small pine cones, bells, or anything you have that is similar in size to a small ornament. I happen to have to stems from a few years ago that worked perfect, but again, the dollar store is chock full of these beauties for a buck. Literally toss the goodies in a vase, however they fall should look great and not too contrived. Put a stem or two in and make sure the bottoms are covered by decorations. You now have a lovely centerpiece for you holiday table. Next step will be decorating around it!
