Today we had our New England bloggers lunch
{and unfortunately, I wasn't all that with it camera wise... and have more pictures of the restaurants decor than of the bloggers... Misty, you are in the one of Kim & Marissa, but the page cuts off... so enlarge it! I wish I had gotten my butt off of the seat to get you all in one shot!}
Five of us sat and broke bread and talked about what was on our mind and in our hearts
This blogging thing... crazy and real and bizarre
We talked shop but we talked about life too
Kids, boundaries, time, traveling, moving
Things you talk about with friends
Few pauses and many laughs, lots of nods and me too's
Because, ultimately, we all blog for similar reasons
We have the desire to write, to share, to be creative
To put parts of ourselves out there, to be vulnerable and empowered
And then there was dessert
and when it came out, three of us took photos

Thank you Jo, Kim, Marissa and Misty for a wonderful lunch! I'm in awe of and inspired by all of your warm hearts and creative souls. Thank you for this afternoon. I'm already looking forward to planning another lunch, another chance bear our souls in person to those we know so well online :)
