**The goal for today is to try something different, move outside of our creative comfort zones... I stepped out of the box and went for a little poetry.
With each pump
each movement
her body lifts higher
In a blanket of air
head back, sun shining in her face
laughter
The chains squeak
she clings tightly
and opens her heart
Fluid movements
the swing, the girl
in a single moment
one and the same
