This week seemed like day after day of continual funk. I blame the time change, but in reality we might have been a little sad to see October go this year. It was beautiful - full of fun and sunshine. A few rainy days for good measure. We smiled in fall sunbeams and reveled in the colors of the season.

Today was a reminder that November isn't all that bad. Still sunshine, with a few leaves left on the trees. All is not lost in November. You might have to look a little closer, but it's still there.

We might be suspicious of this month, but I think it has potential. After all, warm mittens and hats look awfully cute on toddlers. Big fluffy coats too.

And rosy Rudolph noses with chilled cheeks are oh so kissable. Mommy lips never miss them.

November might not be all bad. We've got sunshine, empty parks, and warm hearts. Welcome November's beauty.
